Cathy is the designated Realtor for the Own a KOA resale program. In addition to franchised parks, Cathy also sells independent parks nationwide.
She has owned several different parks over the years and has been a part of the Yogi and KOA franchises as an owner. She has been involved in the Outdoor Hospitality industry since the 90’s.
Cathy Reinard currently owns the 300-site Catskill Mountains Gilboa KOA in New York, with her daughter Christine Taylor, Esq, as a semi-absentee owner.
Cathy gives extensively of her time mentoring new owners and presenting at numerous industry conferences on various marketing and operational topics. Cathy has her BS in Industrial Management and her MBA in Marketing. She is currently a board member of OHI (Outdoor Hospitality Industry) and a board member for the KOA Owners Association.
