KOA Resale Program
We are proud to be part of the Own a KOA® Resale Program, which connects current KOA franchise owners with qualified buyers. This nationwide program offers campground owners expert guidance, targeted marketing, and access to KOA’s extensive buyer network to ensure a smooth and successful sale. As the designated Realtor for the program, Cathy Reinard , our National Director of RV Park Resale & Franchise Specialist, works directly with sellers and buyers to navigate every step of the process.
